– All artworks offered are unique unless stated otherwise
– Colours and details may vary slightly due to screen settings
– Descriptions and images are displayed as accurately as possible

– All prices are in euros (€)
– Shipping costs are stated separately
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Orders
An order is created when:
1. You request or place an order for an artwork
2. You receive a payment request
3. Payment has been completed
Without payment, the order is not definitively reserved.

6. Payment
Payment is made via:
– Payment request (e.g. bank transfer)
– Manual bank transfer
Important points:
– Payment must be made within 7 days
– If payment is not received, the order may be cancelled
– We do not have access to your full bank details

7. Shipping and delivery
– Orders are shipped after payment has been received
– Shipping time: 14 working days
– Delivery is carried out via postal or courier services
We are not liable for:
– Delays caused by the carrier
– Loss or damage during shipping (unless agreed otherwise)

8. Right of withdrawal (returns)
Because these are unique artworks, the following applies:
a. Return policy
– Returns are generally not accepted
– Unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered
b. In case of damage or error
Please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt, including:
– Photos of the issue
– A description of the complaint
We will work together to find a suitable solution.

We are not liable for:

– Damage caused by improper use of the product
– Delays beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

remains the property of the creator.
